Preparation for winter

Artemis and Jaun had worked well over the past two weeks, planting fields, and growing crops for the winter. Jaun had already consulted his calender, and had made aware that the coming winter would be a horrible experience.

As they worked and tilled the land they only hope that they would have enough food for everyone.

A large barn had been made near the ccabins so food could be stored. Jaun had converted the loft of the barn as a house for the winter for him.

The barn was special in the fact that it would always have room for animals, it would grow and shrink to accomadate everyone if needed, evn if it looked small from the outside.

Lauren walked through the park, hands stuffed in her coat pockets. A cold wind swept over the land, blowing her hair into her face. She pulled it away and loooked around. She was now at the edge of a garden. A garden? she thought. In the park?
